I have been trying to get my sister to be my care giver for my children for the 2nd time now, the firts tume it was denied due to insufficient living space in my house, this time they are sayig she doesn't have 2 yrs experience required. The first time I put the application 2 yrs ago it was not flagged as a requirement or defecieny that experience is required. She completed all the necessary schooling and hours of on the job training. But this time around they're asking for it. How do I appeal this decision, as the future employer?
