my scanner is blurrry

i try scan passport today,, TOP part of passport ""this passport is valid "" but is. Blurry,, how ?? do i. Go proffessional scanner ?

Try pressing the middle part of the passport. Otherwise you can scan it somewhere, or even use your phone, as long as it's clear and the photo is large enough.
