My residential address will change in three weeks as I'm returning to Canada to live on June 29th.

I've put my current address on the application and then just attached a note saying that I am returning to Canada on the 29th and that it will change to my new address.

I've just put my mailing address as the new address.

Is this correct? or should I just already put my new address as my residential address?

Or is it okay to just attach a note?

I would leave both mailing and residential addresses as your current address and update once settled. If you know where you will live in 3 weeks attach a note stating you will be moving to xxx and you will update your address once settled.

How does one update your address after an application has been sent in? Is their a process for that?
