Hello!
I applied for my permanent residency through provincial nominee program.
I submitted my application on 13 November, 2014 and was received by CIC Sydney on 18 November, 2014.
Unfortunately i received my application back on 20 February, 2015 because of missing original signature on one of the documents.
then I resubmitted my application on 23 February, 2015 and was received by CIC Sydney on 26 February, 2015.
My provincial nominee certificate got expired on 30 March, 2015.
I have not received any acknowledging email or message from them. after further inquiring i have been told that it takes 14 weeks to reassess your application after re submission.
Do I need to renew my nominee certificate and send them again or as far as it was received by CIC before got expired, i don't need to.
Please advice me.
