You can't board an airline to Canada without showing a valid PR card or PR Travel Document. So basically you have only 2 options:
1. Apply for PR Travel Docs. Unless you have some good H&C reasons for not meeting RO, this will most likely result in PR TD being rejected and process started to revoke all your PR status.
2. Get necessary USA visa, travel to USA, and cross into Canada by land border. With expired PR card and not meeting RO, chances are high you will be reported by CBSA for not meeting RO, which again will start process to revoke your PR status. But at least with this you can remain in Canada if you decide to appeal. Unless you have strong H&C reasons, chance of success for appeal is very low.

If you make it into Canada without being reported, you must then stay inside Canada 2 straight years without leaving even once, before you can then apply to renew your PR card.

Also should note, having a Canadian citizen child does nothing to help your situation now, keep your PR status, or qualify for PR later if you have yours revoked.

Hi officer, thanks for the advice

You said to to apply for PR TD with good H&C reason(which i dont have, only reason i have is that I work abroad to save money and prepare myself and my family thru the life in CANADA ) it will get rejected.

If i renounce my PR, how long does it takes?

Then my wife sponsored me back again, would this be possible? and if its possible, will this take long time?

They have a process to voluntarily renounce PR status. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/voluntarily-renounce.asp
Not sure how long it would take, but I imagine no more than a few weeks.

So your wife is currently residing in Canada and fully meeting the RO? In this case, yes once your PR status is officially gone she can apply to sponsor you again for PR. It will take the usual processing time for a family class application (so say 12 months, depending on your visa office).

If you wanted to visit Canada while waiting for your new PR app to process, you'd need to go as a regular visitor meaning apply for TRV if required.

Thank you so much for the help.

-> Right now she is with me in Singapore for 1 3/4 year(She still have 3 1/4 years left on her RO) , she will go back to Canada together with my daughter and me I hope
