I got PR card in February 2012 & I went back to India for my ill mother with family in 2 moths after receiving my card...my pr card will expire on April 2017. I am still in India , have stayed in Canada for 2 months only. How many days I can still stay at my home country? My mother is alone in India. Can I take her with me?

The date that you received your PR card, and the expiry date are NOT important. What is important is the actual date that you "landed" as a new PR in Canada. If you can tell us that, and exactly how many days you spent in Canada, then it can be worked out.

In answer to your second question... Only if she can obtain a visa...

By my calculations, you must return by 27th April 2015, or you will be in violation of the Residency Obligation. That's based on your inexact "2 months". Probably better to come back earlier, if you want to avoid potential hassle.

He has "2 months" credit to add to the "landing" date.
