Do you really mean you are a 7 year old minor or you have been a PR for 7 years?
Anyway should be no issue in renewing as long as can show you have spent a minimum of 2 years out of last 5 in Canada, many people let their cards expire for much longer as they never really need it unless they want to travel.
Also PR cards expire PR status never expires, can only be renounced or revoked , usually if someone does not meet the residency obligation which if read correctly probably does not apply here.
