Hello, I have a job but my pay stub does not show my hours. It does show my pay. Would that be fine when I apply under the Canadian experience class?

That would be a problem. Does it says your status like full time, if so I don't think it would be a problem. But check IRCC website under work experience section to be sure.
 
It does not show full time. But I can get a letter from my employer which shows that I am working full time .

Would that be okay ?

As far as I know a typical pay stub needs to have either the hours you worked or full time or part time status. That is why usually pay stubs are requested by IRCC to prove your work experience. Though I maybe wrong, check the IRCC website under work experience for more insight.
 
I have an appointment letter which shows that I have bill atleast 8 hours a day. Would that be useful?
