my offer letter job duties don't match 80% of what on cic noc website

Hi the duties/responsibilities on the job offer letter which I submitted to CIC didn't matched to 80% of which are on CIC website. Do you think CIC gonna reject my application. I applied in April 2014, I received my file number in may 2014 and did my medicals too in may. I don't have any update after that. Do you think CIC Rejects it now.

CIC is only interested in criminal, security and health. PNP approved you with this NOC, so you should be good.
