Dear Seniors,

AoA,
As you know federal Skilled Worker has 2 basic requirements , first is 38 occupation list and 2nd is NOC list ...

as far as NOC list is concerned i am elegible as i am working as Regional OMC/NOC Manager that falls in 0131 & also 0211

but these designations don't match with any of the 38 occupations.

So, Now i don't know whether i am eligible or not? I should file a case or not ??

Kindly check it and give me your advice.
thanks in advance.

If you qualify for one of the jobs on NOC 0,A,B and that job is not on the list of 38, then you must have arranged employment in Canada and your potential employer must apply for an approved AEO through HRSDC for you to be eligible through FSW. This being said, of course you still must satisfy other criteria such as the 67 points, inadmissibility etc. 67 points should be easy since the AEO gives you 15 points already.
