My mom is a widow and want to apply for visit visa

Hi Friends,

Well i am british citizen myself and my mom(59 years old) is pakistani national and now we both wants to go to canada for 1 week visit problem is she has her own properties and i million pakistani rupees in her bank account but dont have source of income so what is the best way for us to process or to prepare..a possitive feedback will be much appriciated

She dosnt work the only income she made is from rent a property which is 50 thousand ruppes per month and she collect it directly not in her account.. need some serious help
