I am working at an education centre(private academy) as Adminstrative co-ordicator(NOC 1221)
and I heard that if duties and job title don't match each other, that will be a reason for refusal.
I will post what I actually do at the academy and please take a look if they are well matched with my job title.
FYI, we hire instructors and teach students school subjects such as Eng, Math, Science and so on.
My main duties and responsibilities included:
● Counseling & evaluating with students and parents for their academic progress;
● Providing information by answering questions and requests;
● Administering and co-ordinating student recruitment, examinations and assessment activities;
● Ensuring all office equipments operating and well‐maintained;
● Researching and writing reports;
● Arranging for training of staff;
● Timetabling;
● Processing invoices;
● Contacting to potential students and other institutions;
● Recruiting, training and managing staff;
What do you guys think?? Please share your opinions here!
Thanks guys
