My LMIA EXEMPT WORK REFUSED

Hello my LMIA EXEMPT WORK PERMIT REFUSED , because i have not provided my study documents .
now what should i do first im not sure
Im out of status
So should i apply for visitor or restore my status as worker .
if i will apply for visitor while form 5708E what to select apply for
Extend my stay as visitor or restore my status as visitor?????
Please help me

What was your status before it expired? If you are out of status and overstayed as visitor, it's very likely your status won't be restored. Probably best to leave and re-enter as a visitor or apply for work permit from overseas and then return after approval.

Im was on pGWp and i got my AIP approved before one day before my pgwp going to expire , then i was on applied status ... and why should i leave i still have 90 days to restore my status ...

Apply for restoration of status and WP under AIP. You should consider submitting your PR application soon too.
