My LC2 was refused because I didn't give/send them the requirements they need from us within 60 days. I don't know what to do! :'( :'(

PLEASE HELP ME.

If you lost your complete PR application because you failed to send documents, you must apply again. Is that the case in your situation? Or did they remove your family members from your application because you failed to send documents? You are not being very specific. Spouses, common law partners and dependent children must at the very least have medicals and be included as not accompanying in order to keep the option open to sponsor them later. Over-aged children, if you fail to prove that they are dependent, will be hard to sponsor but in years to come, you may find a way. Is that the case in your situation?

We received a letter from the Embassy of Canada saying that "Please be informed that we have received the initial request from the Case Processing Center in Vegreville to examine you and your dependants in the Philippines as part of the application for permanent residence of your family member in Canada.

For further detailed instructions, please send us an email at *********** through your own email account and to include the following:
1. Subject line: "LC2 Immigrations Form Request"
2. The UCI as mentioned above is blah blah blah
3. Your full name as it appears in the passports of ALL your family members who reside in ****
4. Your mailing address in the *****
5. The full mailing address of your family member in Canada.
6. " " " " " the children's guardian, if applicable.

Then at the last part of the letter says;

If you do not comply within 60 days, our office will notify the CPC in Vegreville that you have failed to present yourself, and if applicable, your dependants for examination.
This could affect the processing of the applicants in-Canada application for permanent residence and may result in the refusal of his/her application.

--------------

And my problem is I received this last year and I didn't comply. I didn't understand this at first because I can't understand English well before, but when I read it this year I did understand it. Do we need to re apply again? Hope there still another way.

(I'm only 16 and I only know a little about this.)

So if you are 16, you are a minor child on somebody elses application? You said the application was already refused? If it was already refused, the principal applicant must have been instructed on what to do about it. A principal applicant would not be able to continue their application without their dependents having been examined. If the principal applicant has been notified that their application has been cancelled, they would have to apply again.
