is that only for pr application?

or does that mean you were also banned for any work/study and visa permit?

like for example you were refused for misrepresentation and asked you to leave
and then your employer wants to hire you with a positive lmia... are you or are you not allowed to apply for a permit anymore because of that misrepresentation?

If you are banned, this means that you are banned for all visas including work/study and tourist visas.
