Hi, I have delved through the internet and come up with no answer. Perhaps I've been looking in the wrong places. I have not been able to find an answer to my situation here. Apologies if I missed it.
Both my boys are under 18 have their PR as does their father to whom I am divorced from. I left the marriage with an open work Visa which expired afterwhich I was given an extended visitor Visa. I got Married this spring. I am now applying for my PR through spousal sponsorship. The issue: application is requesting dependants, should I add them? Plus submit additional info on situation with a copy of their PR? Please advise if possible.
