My Inland Spousal application sent to CPC Mississauga not arrived yet.

Hi guys I submit my application for Inland spousal application in regular mail Canada post express post with signature last March 15, 2016 as of now still in transit I called Canada post they don't know where my package now. They told me to wait so I am still waiting until now. I am worried since my contract for work permit will expire soon. Wat should I do any help please
