my husbands parents live in Canada (sponsored), does that make any difference?

So I will sponsor my husband (outland), we have 2 small kids together. I was just wondering: my husband´s parents live in Canada (coincidence, they have been sponsored as well). Does that make any difference as to how fast my husband´s application will be processed? Or does it not matter?
