So... trying to figure out this. We were in a common law relationship for almost 7 years, got our pr on december and now... he decides he wants to leave.
He was the main applicant and on our landing papers we have no conditions (00) but at the end we have as our dependent our names in each of our papers.
I do have a full time job but he is doing his own business at home, how does this will affect our PR? is there any steps we need to do?

There's nothing you need to do. There is no impact to you. You can keep your PR.

Thanks!!! I was wondering since he was the main applicant that would harm our pr somehow. <3

If I understand it right, he needs to do the landing before you. As he is primary and you are dependent.
You cannot land alone before him. Once both of you have landed, your PRs are independent and you do not have to worry about him leaving.

Thanks for respoding,
we are already landed and I got my pr card, the landing paper had the info I said before but what is bugging me is that I have him as a dependent and viceversa, still we have no observations nor conditions. I know I have to notify when he laves.

Again, there's nothing you need to do and no one you need to notify. Since you have already landed - you are a PR. To keep your PR status, all you have to do is meet the residency requirement. What your ex-husband does will not make a difference.
