My husband is in Malaysia he has a visitor visa and he is given choice to travel to UK or UAE how he travel there if he can not get visa for both countries, what are the options?

He can try to apply for a visa explaining that he is called for an interview in the Canadian embassy of that country, and you join a copy of the letter from immigration Canada to the visa application.
Another option, you can try to call IRCC and ask if he could be invited for an interview in the Canadian embassy of Malaysia as this is the country where he currently is.
