Hi
After waiting 10 months, my husband cancelled my PR application since we had many problems and I left Canada going back to my country
Lately, I applied for a visitor Visa and I have it willing to go back to Canada and fix my problems with my husband, didn't file for divorce

So my Q is, can I apply to a new family class sponsorship in Canada ?? Will I face any difficulties knowing that my 1st application was correct and we have been married for almost 2 years with wedding cermoney?

I appreciate any help :-(

Thanks

Did your husband say he is willing to re-apply? He has to agree to sponsor you, and hopefully he won't pull the plug on the application again. I'm not sure how the immigration authorities will view the cancelled application and subsequent re-application and what that will mean for PR approval. Maybe someone else has experience with this?

It depends on what was said when he cancelled the application.

You can reapply, but expect some difficulty because of the cancelled application. You will have to explain why your husband cancelled the application, and prove that the relationship is strong again. So you should provide more proof this time that the relationship is genuine, and include proof that will show whatever led your husband to cancel the first application no longer applies. You should definitely expect an interview.
