I have a visitor visa and my third extension is due. My girlfriend who has PR status is having my baby. When I ask for my tourist visa extension, would it be advisable to say I want to stay to be with my baby? We have been living together for 7 months so she will be sponsoring me once we have a year living together.

Don't mention the pregnancy. Just say that you want to become common-law and apply for sponsorship.
