My friend staus changed to decision made after medical sent

My friend status changed to decision made after 3 months from medical sent, what is the meaning because he didnt receive the PPR request

Kindly share the experience, he is worried

Decision made after medicals without PPR is rejection. It might be that person is medically inadmissible.

medically inadmissiblty can not be determin without additional tests and diffrent visa offices have diffrent system so it could be any thing wait and see
