My friend PR application got all send back.

My friend PR application got all send back to her bcos there's lots of errors and missing documents. She applied Inland, can she change to outland when she resubmit? I have a feeling it's not possible unless they cancel and reapply. But will that cost them any fees ? E.g. $75 admin fees?

1. The application was not processed, so they could submit an outland application. Note that it is a different set of forms and instructions.

As PMM said.

Since the application was rejected (i.e. unprocessed and returned due to errors / ommissions etc.), there is nothing to cancel. It is as though your friend never sent anything.

But she had paid $1040..don't we select the payment under inland or outland?
