My Fiancé is H1B and need to add her to my application post aAPR

Hello All,

I am on H1B in USA and will submit my ITA doc by Mid march.

Tricky part is my fiance is also on H1B and we are getting married in May end.

I will inform IRCC about this update to get my spouse added to the application. I will be primary.
My questions are-

1) Do I have to get my PCC (from India) and FBI verification again?

2) Will she has to get her PCC (from India) and FBI again once return to US again?

3) how much time do they give for submitting the docs?

4) Does she needs to give her ECA as well?


I need help urgently. Super anxious!!!!

If her country of residence as of the date you add her is USA, then the USA PCC needs to be not older than 6 months on that date. Also, the India PCC must have been issued after she last visited India (after returning to US).
