Oh i understand. So that means that in any program, she cannot sponsor me. So what about my dad/father. I think she can still sponsor my father because they are close relatives?

You are asking a question in the "family sponsorship" section. And so members are answering your question regarding to family sponsorship.
I have no idea how "relative" is defined for MPNP. So your real question is NOT about your aunt sponsoring you. You are asking if having a distant aunt can gain points on MPNP. And I do not have an answer for it. This is not related to family sponsorship.
You can get relative points through MPNP - but this is not the same as sponsorship. Sponsorship means that a family member sponsors you for PR. Your aunts cannot sponsor your for PR and then cannot sponsor your father.
If you are thinking of applying through the MPNP program, you have to qualify on your own (you won't be sponsored). You can get extra points for having family member support - but you still have to qualify for that program on your own by meeting the job, education, language and other requirements. If you want to discuss the MPNP program, then you'll need to move over to the PNP section of the forum rather than posting here.
