My father passed away two weeks ago, do I need to inform CIC?

My father passed away two weeks ago, do I need to inform CIC? My AOR is 17th November 2016 and as you all know I included my father's information in my family section of the PR application.

Any advice will be appreciated

Sorry to hear that, i think you would need to notify them, try calling CIC and speak with an agent.

So sorry for your loss my friend. I pray that you may find strength in these tough times.
CSE be best, but I doubt it will affect your application in any way. You will simply be updating your case file.
