my family have received our immigrant VISA. but my second child was born in Canada. Can my family go to land before the expiry date of our immigrant VISA or we must report the child information to the Canadian Embassy and return our immigrant VISA? thanks

You did not say when your child was born in Canada. Was it during the process of your application or before applying. However, your child is a Canadian citizen by birth. You should have added your child on the Form 5406, Section B of Additional Family Information.

SECTION B
Write the personal details for your children. It is very important that you list all of your children (even if they are already permanent residents or citizens of Canada).
