Hello.
Today I submitted my profile for Express Entry for the first time.
When I answered the questionnaire, it showed me that I am eligible for Express entry. But after submitting my profile, a letter got generated mentioning I am not eligible.

I am :
single,
33 yrs,
Have a Mechanical Engineering Degree. (credentials not yet verified by WES but is expected to come by Nov 2018),
Have more than 10 yrs of work experience (may be 3 or 4 days gap in between job change),
Funds will be more than CAD 30,000 with myself (which is sufficient enough as I am single).

Is it because my degree credentials are not yet verified and I got rejected?
Have I done a mistake that I submitted my profile before getting my credentials verified?
Can I apply again next month when I get my credentials verified?
Can it be the gaps of few days in between job change the reason?

I am baffled and sad at the same time.

I request honorable member's of forum to answer my questions and help me out here.

It's your credentials. You need to enter your WES number in the given slot while creating the EE profile. Wait until you receive your evaluation and then create a new profile with same gckey.

Vaishnavi,
Thank you so much for your response. I will wait for a month and then apply again after my education credentials are verified by WES.

Just one question, the gaps of 3 or may be 4 days in between job change is not a concern. Is it?

The CIC mentions that at least one year of your work experience should be continuous. You have a good deal of experience under your belt and I think a gap of three or four days is not going to be a problem. You will be fine.
But your experience should be related your NOC.
All the best.
