Hi please I need advice, I am tfw and im separated with my husband but not annuled, I have current PR application but because of my ex doesn't want to cooperate I took him off from my application now Im divorced, and we have a son live with him, my son need to undergo medical but he doesn't want to take my son or allow my parents to take my son for medical, and this will cause of refusal to my application. what should I Do?
My ex husband is trying to delay and make my pr application to be refused.
