Always possible. However it's been a while since it's been below 450 - so hard to say what the chances are.

Not possible in May or June for sure. And there are chances that they will conduct one PNP Draw and if they will than no chance of CRS TO GO BELOW 449 till July

You can expect an ITA in June or July, May is really hard. But never lose hope.
