My CRS is 458. When can I expect ITA?

Hello All -
I recently created my profile in the Express Entry system and it shows my CRS as 458. When can I expect that I will receive invitation from IRCC?

Thank you Scylla. Is there a problem if there is a break of 1 year in the work history? My spouse has a break of one year and I have specified her work history in EE profile.
Please guide me.
