My chances to get the visa for a PGDip in university if i have a bachelor

how do you see my chances to get the visa if i have accepted in a PGDip in memorial university if i have a bachelor degree from my home country

do be afraid go for pg diploma evrbody here goes for pf diploma or master degre after bachelor . Post graduate diploma is made to chose after degree .

I'm afraid because i was told that the chances to get a study permit for PGDip is too low because the officer thinks that you can do it in your country why you want to go to Canada and it's not a degree like master.

It is true and it is not. Everything depends on your SOP. How could you convince VO you need to get PG in CANADA? And not at home or Australia or UK. Also how that PG is important for your future career AT HOME?

But i don't know how to convince the officer that i have to do my PGDip in Canada and not any other country?
Could you give me examples?
