I have been applying for Canadian permanent residency. Recently, I received a refusal letter from CIC stating that I was withholding information and being dishonest. However, I consider this as a misunderstanding and am willing to justify my case. Moreover, My wife and I are both now considered inadmissible to Canada as the punishment for being dishonest. Thus, the situation is urgent. Please help!!

A company worth 20 million Chinese currency(which is about $4 million Canadian dollars, but this company didn't actually start running. Then the market crashed, the start up money(20 million) got transferred back to its founders. The company was basically valueless.
