My application status unknown

hello guys! I received FEDEX tracking report that my application was delivered to Nova scotia - CIO on the 31st of December, 2014. i am yet to hear from the CIO since then and they are yet to debit my card with the processing fee. Can anyone help with an advise?

Many applications received on that date got rejected due to global cap filled and many got returned to applicants by snail mail by now. However, no news doesn't mean bad news. You should call them up to check your status before deciding what you do next.

Sorry to Inform you but your file will be returned to you.

CIO has completed assessment of all files reached to them under FSW2014 Program before 1st May 2015 as the FSW2014 Programs end on 30th April 2015.

It is also the fact that Global CAP reached 25K Mark on 29/30 December 2014.
