my application is returned due to missing document

Hello, guys,

Happy New Year!

I just received my application being returned by CIO due to missing document. I'd like to know if I want to reapply, should I redo all other documents which have been punched round holes by CIO, or I just need to send the original punched documents with old dated signature, plus the missing one. Thanks a lot.

Is it Quebec or Federal application?
When did you submit your appñication?
What are the missing documents?

Better to re-apply without the punched round hole.

I am actually searching genuine consultants who are not fake and do the work in systematic way. I am trying to apply for Canada PR but dont know the right source. Please can anyone guide me who had already applied and getting positive responds.

I am applying for the Quebec Skilled worker for me and my spouse. I didn't submit imm5669 for the spouse. But CIO already punched the original CSQ that I don't have extra copies. I guess I will resend the whole documents with the missing one with those punch as some documents cannot be redone. Thanks though.
