My application has got rejected. Message box says "your action is required"

Hi all. My application got rejected on July 15. And in the message it is given as the application fees will be refunded as the application is refunded. And the status of the message is "your action is required". What is it that I am required to do? Also when will I be receiving the refunded fees?

Assuming your application was returned for being incomplete and you got this message from IRCC and not some scam email, you don't have to do anything for now. Refunds tend to take several weeks to process.
