Hello Everyone.. have submitted my Visiting application since January 24, 2019 and got a procedural fairness letter back on February 8 and ever since there I haven't hear from them till now.. I call VFS severally but they kept saying my passport is still at the embassy and now it over 7months that my application is talking is with them now... please what can i do. I really don'tknow what to do right now.. please can anymore tell me what to do because have been missing opportunities because I don't have my passport with me...

VFS can't do anything. You have to contact IRCC, if you want your passport for some reason.

Because it mistakenly not indicated in the form that have been refuse American visa twice.. so they want me to explain why I don't indicate it and my lawyer as done that since February and I haven't hear nothing from them since then
