i received my aip on aug 13 and after that i dsnt received any update and my file is complete.

We've been over your case several times now. Admissibility is assessed in stage 2 and you are inadmissible to Canada.

It doesn't matter if you are genuine student or not. You may have slipped thru the loop hole to get an AIP under eligibility review but you are not admissible to Canada for misrepresentation + ban under admissibility criteria, hence refusal is expected for your application.
