Okay so i have some questions about the checklist of documents firstly
1. Do i tick all boxes, or only the relevant ones (assuming relevant ones but better to be safe as they say)
2. on Q5 it says 'copy 2 reciept' is this two copies of the reciept, a technical term, or a totally different form? (the reciept i have is a page printout..)
3. on Q17, Option C printout/sponsors last notice of assesment for most recent tax year, what do i put if my sponsor is living in the UK and has had no income, thus no tax?
4. on Q19, Necessary income is asked about, what do we put/include for this section? i dont think we need to provide minimum income for spousal sponsorship but just checking!!!


5. And i also have a question about the sponsor evaluation. On Q3, it asks for the net income over the last 12 months, however my partner has been unemployed for the last 12 months. Do we put unemployed/net income 0?

Only the relevant ones. You can put N/A on the items that don't apply.

No. It means to send copy number 2 of the form in question. For instance IMM1017 is the medical report -- copy 1 goes to the regional medical centre. Copy 2 is given to you at the exam. That is what you should submit.

Put N/A and attach a letter explaining the above. But since your sponsor is living in the UK, he/she needs to include evidence of his/her plans to re-establish him/herself in Canada. See question 11 in the sponsor questionnaire.

Yes. But they may have questions of how they will be able to support him/herself plus you. So I would attach a separate letter to explain how your sponsor supports themself and how they will plan to support you on top of that once you arrive.
