Can anyone answer my some questions please?

I had posted my CV over net and got many responses from employers in Canada. One employer already was having LMO approved and sent in Service Canada for putting my name on it, but two months past and nothing happened. Than one another employer also was interested and contacted me and later got his LMO approved and sent to Service Canada for putting my name on it after my confirmation as the first one was not getting any response from Service Canada.

Both the employers are from different cities, but same province. Both LMO were sent in Service Canada with a gap of one month and now one month has been past when the second LMO was sent.

Can anybody please now help me by answering that the following questions: -

1. Can anyone go with two LMOs for approval at the same time?
2. Will processing of LMOs at the same time can affect the approval process?
3. Can applying for TWO LMOs at same time delay in process?
4. If at the time of Christmas and New Year the process of LMO become slow (as informed by one employer)?
5. How much late any LMO can be late (for putting name of employee on it)?

All precious replies in help are most welcome and thanks in advance.....

Hello guys, does anyone know about LMO renewal I had positive LMO from July 2007 and it was for two years, it will be expiring in July 2009 and I will like to get it renewed. Does anyone know the procedure or I have to send a new application for LMO approval. Did someone had a similar situation, I will like to seek some help. Please let me know. There are few questions as to where it ask if any efforts were made to hire Canadians? though my employer hasn't made it because I am there and they would like to keep me for another year, so I don't know what to fill out as I don't want to get negative LMO. any one's feedback highly appreciated!
Thank you and Good luck to you all:)

Hi,

Positive LMO from July 2007 July 2009 - ALREADY EXPIRED

If you did not go through the process of extending your LMO in July 2009, then nothing can be done now. Are you still working for that job in Canada?

Technically, you dont have any legal status now (Presuming you are still living in Canada on that LMO which has expired 3yrs back).

You cannot get the old LMO renewed now since it has expired. Your employer has to apply for a fresh LMO.

And if they don't prove they advertised for Canadians as per the requirements, they will get a negative LMO.
