Does anyone known from where the transcript and certificate can be obtained for WES evaluation if the graduation is done more than 10 years from now? Any help in this respect would be great

I am in the same condition as yours. I have passed out in 2006 and its been more than 10 years. So, not sure which campus to visit?
Did you apply already? can you please guide?
