Multiple State Background Check

My fiance currently lives in Seattle but was born and spent the majority of her adult life in Texas.
She has already submitted fingerprints in Seattle but does she need separate prints for a background check in Texas as well?

She needs an FBI Identity Summary History Report, which must be ordered directly from the FBI. The cost is $18 and will take ~ 12-14 weeks to be processed.

She does not need state level police checks (PCCs), unless CIC specifically asks for them.
