Does it also apply to the Canadian Experience Class applications? That is, can I submit an application under the CEC, while my application is "In Process" under FSW-Arranged Employment Category?
Let me share my story a bit. My application for permanent residency under the category of FSW-Arranged Employment was received on March 1, 2012, I got the PER immediately and since then the application is "In Process". After all the applications from Buffalo were transferred to Ottawa, it seems that the processing time will be increased.
Right now, I working full time with my Post Graduation Work Permit (PGWP), which will expire on November 2014. I want to secure my status before my PGWP will expire.
