Multiple Masters Degree Holders

Does having multiple master degrees (MBA and Master in Economic) increases my chance of being selected?
Does it have a positive impact on my overall score than those who have single masters degree?

Nope. The only way you can get more points than a Masters degree is if you have a doctorate/PhD.

Your score won't increase AFA study is concerned since you have done masters only. No matter how many of them done.
Once give ITA and post e-APR, I think this CAN make an impact on the application reviewing officer and MAY increase smooth processing of your application.
Then again, this depends entirely on the officer evaluating your application.
