Multiple Jobs Under same code but with Different Employers

My NOC Code is 2173 (Information Systems Testing Technicians). I have done 3 jobs with no gaps. 1st One for 4 Months, Second for 18 Months, 3rd for 13 Months under same NOC but different Employers.

1st Job Duration: 03 Nov, 2014 to 6 March 2015
2nd Job Duration: 10 March, 2015 to 10 Sep 2016
3rd Job Duration: 19 Sep. 2016 to 13 Oct 2017

Will it be considered as 3 years of job experience?

If not then other case is I am currently doing job (under same 2173 NOC), which I Joined 4 Months ago. There was 10 months gap between my last job and current job. Can I get reference letter from my current employer that I am doing job here from this date etc. And do the employer give reference letters easily while being on a job? In this case I would omit 1st Job Experience and would claim for experience for 4th Job which is actually my current job.
Besides I've booked my IELTS so getting desired band and ITA May take few months. Should I wait for 8 months to complete 1 continuous year in my current job before making Express Entry Profile? Then I would be able to claim 3 years’ experience?

You're going to need a reference letter with the required criteria (hours, salary, duties, etc.) for each of the jobs you're claiming points for. Once you get all the reference letters, you can decide which ones to keep and which ones to omit, provided they add up to 36 months (for highest score).

Try to get reference letters for all the jobs (1st to 3rd job). You can combine jobs with different employers to get the 3 years experience you need.
Getting reference letters from pat employers can be a difficult & long process so i suggest you start now while writing your IELTS & getting your ECA.
Ensure that the job duties the employers give you matches the NOC code on CIC's website exactly.
Also ensure that you follow the pattern of the job reference letter as provided by CIC.

Continuity does not matter. Your 10 months gap is perfectly alright.

So if that's the case then I can't consider my 1st job of 4 months and I had to wait 6 months or 1 whole year in my current job to claim points for 3 years experience.

I know it states that you need to have at least 1 year continuous experience ( I know nothing of the first job requirement) and you have more than that. You have almost 3 years experience from the timelines you stated so I don't see the issue.
Kindly post the link where you read about the first job requirement.
