Multiple entry visa stamp from canada to travel to India..

I am an international student and I will be graduating in this month.I will apply my post graduation work permit after that,my question is that how can apply my multiple entry visa stamp after applying my open work permit for traveling purpose to my country.
Is there any way that I can stamp my passport at the same time I am applying my work permit?

You can apply for a TRV only if you have a valid permit.
