Hi,
My Mother came to canada from India as a Visitor (Multiple Entry Visa) on Aug 11th 2012 and her visa validity is until Jan 4 2014.
At the port of entry they did not stamp her passport and never said anything about how long she should stay in Canada.
Now, what are the options available to me to continue her stay in Canada for another 1 year...
I can think of below ones but not sure what is right.
1) Go to US to see my relatives during Jan (6th month of stay) and re-enter Canada.
2) Apply Extension for another 6 months even though the Visa is valid until 2014.
3) Go back to india in Jan(6th Month of stay) and visit Canada after 2 weeks...
Please help me find the right answers/options ..
