Temporary Resident Visa – multiple entry $150
*Temporary Resident Visa – family rate $400

what does this mean , if my parents are coming they will pay $300 dollars but family rate 400 didnt get it

Family are more than just parents. There could be 2 parents and 3 kids, which would be $750 so they would get the family rate, $400
