Multiple backlog

i had 36 backlog in my graduation(B.E E.C with 49.80% in 2014). and also 3.5 year work experience. I have been visited so many consultants, all said NO for masters degree in the university.
so please tell me can i apply for Canada diploma or post graduate study.
ielts score is: L-6, R-6,W-6,S-6

thank you for share point calculator and my score is 336. i think this score is not sufficient for express entry. minimum score is 420.
student visa is not possible for me?
if i do score in ielts R-7, L-8,S-7,W-7 then my CRC score is 429.

yes, 429 is what will be enough. It tought to get a study permit plus expensive. I would suggest you take try as much as you can for IELTS. If required go to private classes. Express entry is always better than study permit.
